Entry Method

To enter, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1.     1. Visit wwwabetterchoicegroup.com.au and follow the prompts to the entry form for this promotion;

2.     2. Input the requested details including full name, contact number, email address, suburb and postcode, question about home/mortgage ownership;

3.     3. Agree to receive a callback from an Option Team Consultant to discuss their financial position;

4.     4. Submit the fully completed entry form.

Winner Determination

Game of chance. Winners will be selected randomly.

The random draw will take place at Option Wealth, Suite 18.02 Level 18, 1 Castlereagh Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 on the last day of each month. The Winner will be drawn from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw process will be supervised by an independent person, or under the direction of someone who is not directly involved in the management of the promotion.

  1. Introduction
    1. The Schedule to these Terms and Conditions forms an integral part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. Eligibility
    1. Entry is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over, excluding:
    2. Directors, management, employees, officers, and contractors of the Promoter, the Promotion Sponsor, any related bodies corporate, and agencies associated with the Promotion.
    3. Immediate family members of the individuals.
  2. Entry
    1. The Promotion commences and closes on the dates and times specified in the Schedule. All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter.
    2. To enter, entrants must follow the Entry Method outlined in the Schedule during the Promotional Period.
    3. Entrants are permitted to submit only one (1) entry as specified in the Schedule. Additional entries, if permitted, must be submitted separately, and must uniquely address the promotional question, if applicable.

 

  1. Prizes and Winning
    1. The draw will take place at the address and on the date/time specified in the Schedule by a random drawing process.
    2. The number of winners and prizes are as outlined in the Schedule.
    3. Each winner will receive the prize(s) detailed in the Schedule.
    4. Total Prize Pool value is as stated in the Schedule.
    5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
    6. Winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification section of the Schedule.

 

  1. Prize Conditions
    1. Winners must accept prizes in the form in which they are offered.
    2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury or sustained (even if caused by negligence) because of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

  1. Privacy
    1. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the Promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion.

 

  1. General
    1. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all who enter, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    2. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
    3. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

    1. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered holder of the email account from which the entry is made.

    1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss, or delay suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting any prize.

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by entrant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

    1. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations if the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.     1. If any prize remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after the date of the winner notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.     1.
